Duration
This guarantee is valid for six (6) months from the date of delivery.

What’s Covered

Mechanical timekeeping accuracy as stated in the original product listing.
If your watch gains or loses time outside the specified tolerance range, we will repair or adjust it at no cost.
We also cover non-mechanical issues affecting the functionality or integrity of external components, including the bracelet, clasp, bezel, crown, stem, hands, and dial, provided there is no evidence of accidental damage or misuse.

Conditions
To be eligible for this guarantee:

The watch must be worn under expected conditions (e.g., daily wear, normal environments).
The case back must not have been removed or tampered with since the date of purchase.
No third-party repairs or servicing must have taken place during the guarantee period.

Exclusions
This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from:

Exposure to water, sand, extreme temperatures, or other harsh conditions.
Impact, misuse, or neglect.
Cosmetic wear and tear (e.g., minor scratches, fading, or patina consistent with vintage condition).
Routine maintenance or servicing.
Modifications or alterations made after purchase.

This guarantee is offered in addition to your statutory rights under UK consumer law. We reserve the right to decline service where misuse or tampering is evident.

We strive to deliver all orders promptly and securely within the United Kingdom.

Delivery Timeframe

All UK orders are delivered within 2 to 5 working days from the date of order confimation.

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return your watch within 14 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below:

Eligibility for Returns

The watch must be returned in the exact condition in which it was sold, with no signs of wear, alteration, or tampering.
All original accessories must be included, such as the box, papers, tags, and any other items provided at the time of sale.
The case back must not have been removed, and the watch must not have been worn beyond initial inspection.

Return Process

To initiate a return, contact Pavilion Classics within 14 days of delivery.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions and cover the cost of return shipping using an insured, trackable service.
Returns are only accepted once approved by us in writing.

Refunds

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method.
We reserve the right to deduct any costs for missing items or damage.

Exceptions

Items returned in a condition different from how they were sold may not be eligible for a refund.
We do not accept returns on watches that have been worn, resized, or altered after delivery.
